Ramones lança edição de 40 anos de Road to Ruin

Um dos melhores discos do Ramones, Road to Ruin, quarto álbum da seminal banda norte-americana, será relançado em setembro pela Rhino. A nova edição celebra os 40 anos do disco que marcou a estreia do baterista Marky Ramone no quarteto e traz a clássica "I Wanna Be Sedated".

A nova edição vem em um box com 3 CDs e 1 LP, além de uma versão mais simples com apenas um CD. O primeiro CD vem com o áudio remasterizado e uma nova mixagem chamada Road Revisited Mix. O segundo disco traz mais de vinte faixas nunca lançadas, incluindo versões alternativas e duas canções inéditas: "I Walk Out" e "S.L.U.G.". Temos também neste CD 2 um megamix promocional com músicas da banda e que foi utilizado para promover a coletânea Ramones Mania (1988). O terceiro CD vem com um show inédito realizado pelo grupo na virada de 1978 para 1979 no The Palladium, em Nova York. Já o LP contém apenas o novo mix e não vem com as versões originais das músicas. Esse box tem prensagem limitada a 7.500 cópias e vem com um livro de capa dura no formato de um disco de vinil.
