O U2 revelou a capa, o tracklist e os formatos físicos de seu novo álbum, Songs of Surrender. O disco traz novas versões, com novos arranjos e inclusive novas letras, para quarenta canções do catálogo da banda.

Songs of Surrender será disponibilizado em um box super deluxe com 4 LPs e um box super deluxe com 4 CDs, ambos trazendo o tracklist completo com quarenta canções. As versões em LP duplo, CD e K7 vem com dezesseis faixas, e há também uma edição em CD com dezesseis músicas e quatro faixas bônus. O formato digital vem com o tracklist completo. No Brasil, Songs of Surrender já está disponível em pré-venda na loja da Universal Music.
